Reservation
Policy

Cottages:
Deposit must be received within 7 days from the day the reservation was made or the reservation will be cancelled. A required reservation deposit of $272.50 for 2 bedroom weekly rentals and $322.50 for 3 bedroom weekly rentals. A $100 deposit is required for weekend and 2 night rentals (before Father’s day and after Labor Day).

Campsites:
a two night minimum with a one night’s deposit. holiday weekends require a three night minimum paid in full.

cancellation
policy

Cottages:
30 day notice is required on all weekly rentals and a 14 day notice is required for weekend and 2 night stays. Deposits are non-refundable without proper notice. all cancellations with proper notice will be charged a $15.00 processing fee.

Campsites:
A 14 day notice is required. deposits are non-refundable without proper notice. Reservations made less than 14 days notice will forfeit entire deposit. No shows also forfeit entire deposit. all other cancellations will be charged a $5.00 processing fee.

Applies to all reservations:
We cannot be responsible for situations affecting our guests due to weather, illness, work schedules, etc; therefore we adhere to our cancellation policy regardless of circumstances.

Policies

Pets:
Pets are not permitted in cottages and 2 pet maximum is enforced for all campsite. pets cannot be left unattended and must be on a leash at all times.

Camp Rules:
We ask that you respect the rights of others
All campers must be 21 years of age or older to camp without a parent or guardian
Quiet Time is 10pm - 8am
one family per site (parents and unmarried dependent children)
No loud music
No campfires after 12am
No skateboards, motorcycles (for transportation purposes only), or mini-bikes
No Jetskis or speedboats (7.5 HP limit)
No weapons of any kind allowed on premises
